Terms of use
These terms apply to the Heist In 30 game for iOS and Android (“the game”). By installing or playing the game you accept them. Nothing in them limits the rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country.
1. The game
Heist In 30 is a single-player puzzle game. Your plans and progress are saved only on your device; deleting the game or its data removes them and we cannot restore them.
2. Licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the game on devices you own or control, under the rules of the store you got it from. For the version from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. You may not copy, sell, rent or modify the game, except where the law allows it.
3. Purchases
The first levels are free. The rest of the game is unlocked by a one-time purchase of the full version, when it is available in the game.
- The store shows the price before you buy. Payment, receipts and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms - we cannot issue refunds ourselves.
- After a refund, the full version is locked again.
- You can restore the full version on another device signed in to the same store account (“Restore purchases” in the game).
4. Content
The game, its levels, graphics and texts belong to the developer or its licensors. The fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License.
5. Updates
We may release updates that fix errors or change and add content. Updates are delivered through the store.
6. Liability
We make the game with care, but to the extent permitted by law it is provided “as is”, without a promise that it will be free of errors. This does not affect your statutory rights.
7. Contact and changes
Questions: i2p30mk@gmail.com. If these terms change, we will update this page; the date at the top shows the last change.
